Cleveland Hill Union Free School District $100,000 Capital Outlay Project 2023-2024 SED #14-07-03-02-0-001-026 The bids will be made as specified by the architect in the Information for Bidders and will include a certified check or a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than 5% of the Base Bid. The Bid Bond will state that the Bidder will enter into the Contract if awarded by the Owner and execute further security for the faithful performance of the Contract as required by the Owner. Bidders will note the required conditions of employment and the minimum New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to advertise anew, and to award a contract for the whole or such portion of the work as it determines to be in the best interest of the District. All questions, interpretations, clarifications, etc. pertaining to the bid documents must be made in the separate form provided on the next page and emailed to Mike McCarthy at mikem@youngandwright.com and Bill Battaglia at billb@youngandwright.com with the email subject Cleveland Hill Capital Outlay Project 2022-2023 at least ten days prior to the bid opening. All questions are to reference a drawing number or specification section with page number.
