The Board of Trustees, Austin Independent School District Will Accept a Sealed Bid/proposal for the Following Item(S): Re-issue Hvac, Electrical, and Plumbing Improvements All Questions pertaining to this CSP must be submitted through the AISD Bonfire Portal no later than November 14, 2023 by 3:00PM CST. Scope of Work. The selected Proposer must furnish all labor, materials and equipment and ancillary items for a full and complete operation system as noted in the Plans and Specifications, (the "Work") to include but not limited to the following improvements: o HVAC- Replacing the designated ground source heat pump units (nine) with roof top units; o Electrical- Support HVAC equipment replacement.
