Single Point of Entry (SPOE) Group 5C - Edison, Willard, Reach, RRWRC, Muir, MacArthur, Greenville, Jackson, Esqueda, Kennedy, Heroes, Circulos (Walker) The Project is subject to the Community Workforce Agreement for Construction, Repair, Upgrade, Renovation, Modernization, Expansion, Rehabilitation and Improvement Work Projects dated June 27, 2017 entered into between the District and various labor unions (the "CWA"). The successful bidder and its subcontractors will be required by the District to be bound by the terms of the CWA section 00 73 49. Due to COVID-19, the district will allow a physical submission of bids between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM on November 16th , 2023 Potential bidders may arrange to drop off their bids prior to November 16th, 2023, by calling (714) 480.5364.
