Site work for a water / sewer project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Remove the existing rooftop unit at the pumping station, and replace with two new rooftop units, RTU-1 and RTU-2. Two new exhaust fans and an energy recovery unit will need to be provided and installed. All existing ductwork, fan-powered VAV boxes, and controls will be removed and replaced. Electrical and controls work to be included. Provide temporary cooling as needed. Air Conditioning and Ventilating Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to: a. Demolition of existing RTU, supply/return/exhaust ductwork, fan powered vav boxes and associated controls as shown on drawings. b. Furnish and install package rooftop air handling units complete with curbs. c. Furnish and install complete supply air ductwork systems including fittings, insulation, and outlets as shown on drawings. Refer to plans for existing ductwork remaining. d. Furnish and install complete return air ductwork systems including fittings, insulation, and inlets as shown on drawings. Refer to plans for existing ductwork remaining. e. Furnish and install all terminal air boxes and reheat coils. f. Furnish and install complete exhaust ductwork systems including all fittings, insulation, inlets, and fans as shown on drawings. Refer to plans for existing ductwork remaining. g. Complete all applicable tests, certifications, forms, and matrices.
