Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Willits, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of December 12, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work for this project includes grinding and repaving portions of Boscabelle and South Lenore Avenues totaling approximately 37,000 square feet and completing approximately 11,250 square feet of asphalt digouts on Baechtel Road. It also includes construction of two sidewalk bulb-outs, six pedestrian ramps, 5 driveways, and approximately 2,032 square feet of sidewalk The contractor shall possess a Class A license at the time this contract is awarded.
