The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part; to award contract to other than the low bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner. Any questions, contact Frank Burdick, Granger Construction Project Manager at: fburdick@grangerconstruction.com A Bid Security executed by a U.S. Treasury listed Surety Company acceptable to the Owner or a cashier's check in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the bid must be included along with a statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, board of directors, or the superintendent of the School District. Bid Security in the form of a certified check is acceptable bid security only for proposal less than $50,000. An Iran Disclosure Statement must also be included along with a Criminal Background Disclosure Affidavit and a Non-Collusive Affidavit. Accepted bidders may be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
