The city is seeking a qualified service provider to clear the 37 stormwater lots, 3 stormwater parks, and 8 green alleyways
in the Pontilly Project Area. This is an as-needed grass-trimming service. Responsibilities for fulfilling this ITQ include:
1.Removing trash and vegetative debris that accumulate in stormwater sites, including in front of and behind stormwater
lot inlets, to prevent any blockages.
2.Cutting grass in stormwater lots and parks to a height of two inches. All obvious weeds, vines, and bushes should be
removed. No trees within sites should be touched, harmed, or removed.
3.Removing vegetation and weeds that grow out of permeable pavers and along green alleyways.
4.Communicating with city's Project Manager for this site before and after each day of cutting, and providing photographic
evidence of accomplished tasks via email to Project Manager.
5.An ability to cut all sites upon receiving this bid. Trimming will take place every 2-3 weeks, starting on or before 11/1/23. All lots are expected to be cut within 3-4 days
from the start date. Grass-cutting service will continue until Purchase Order total is depleted.
This ITQ will include numerous invoices and is expected to remain open until the entirety of the fund is depleted or until
the city decides to terminate the contract. In advance of, during, and/or upon completion of the work, no equipment or
materials should be left on site, unattended to. Interested parties should reference the attached PDF for visuals of the
area. Attached is a list of addresses and locations of the stormwater lots, parks, and green alleyways. Size of the lots is
approximate, vendor should attempt to visit the site for accurate measurements.
Service will result in a PO up to $59,900.00.Invoicing the city through BRASS for each round of cuts. Vendor must submit
