Roofing Repair and Replacement for various Parks, Forestry & Recreation Buildings within the City of Toronto. TIMELINE: A Request For Supplier Qualifications has been issued by the Owner. The RFSQ is an invitation by the City to qualify a minimum of three (3) professional engineering consultants for the provision of future eligibility for professional and engineering design services on an as-and-when required basis in connection with roofing repair and replacement for the period of one year from date of award, with an option for up to two (2) additional one year periods. All interested Respondents are invited to submit a Response for future eligibility to provide professional and engineering services on a project-by-project basis. Delivery Schedule for Goods or Services OR Contract Duration: Period of one year from date of award, with an option for up to two (2) additional one-year periods. Respondents must meet all mandatory requirements and obtain a minimum of 65 percent in the Stage 2 Evaluation in order to be considered for prequalification. Although it is the intention of the City is to invite a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of eight (8) of the highest scoring Respondents to enter onto a Prequalified Vendor list, the City may choose to invite additional Respondents if their total score is within 20 percent of the highest scoring Respondent. The City may also invite fewer than eight (8) highest scoring Respondent(s) to be on a Prequalified Vendor list by choosing not to invite Respondents with a total score that it not within twenty percent of the total score of the highest scoring Respondent. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
