Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saluda, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Reconstruction of sidewalks in the Town of Saluda, SC located along N. Main St. and W. Church St (OptioN 1). Work inlcudes but is not limited to: demolition of existing sidewalks, curb and gutter, and handrails, new concrete curb and gutter, new concrete sidewalks, new handrails, new detectable warning strips at the intersection of North Main Street and West Church Street, new striping for parking spaces and new landscape planters. All questions regarding this bid shall be received no later than December 5th, 2023 by 5 PM EST and submitted in writing to: britton.corbin@mrbgroup.com. The Town of Saluda, Saluda County, South Carolina, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award.
