The Mayor's Office of Management and Budget ("OMB"), in conjunction with the Department of Transportation ("DOT"), is requesting a responding submission ("Task Proposal") to provide prescoping/planning services for the investigation and assessment of 315 East 149th Street in the Bronx as the new location for DOT's Traffic Management Center ("TMC") and Office of Emergency Response ("OER") (the "Study"). This Capital Project Scope Development ("CPSD") Request for Proposal ("Mini-RFP") will be issued to all consultants awarded a master contract ("MMA1") in the CPSD program and will result in the selection of one consultant to be awarded a task order contract ("CTA1") for this study. The MMA1 consultants must respond to this Mini-RFP within the terms stipulated in MMA1 Article B, Section 1. Question Deadline 11/06/2023 The Task Proposal shall include the proposed approach and team members for this study, and a cost proposal for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment together with all work incidentals necessary to complete the scope of services outlined herein, for the Study. The selected MMA1 consultant may not proceed with services until the registration of the executed CTA1 with the New York City Office of the Comptroller. Provide a NYS licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) on-site to serve as a team leader. Team leader shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a responsible capacity in building structure inspection work. The agency reserves the right to hold discussions and/or request a Best and Final Offer.
