**As of March 8, 2024, the City has chosen to reject bids received for this Invitation to Bid (ITB), and re-issue a new solicitation at a later time. The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish a Construction Contract with a State of Florida Licensed General Contractor to perform the modifications to the existing Regional Water Reclamation Facility (RWRF) as designed, or as directed by the City of Altamonte Springs Public Works Department. The Successful Bidder/Contractor shall be considered and referred to as the Contractor in this section.
