Renovation of an educational facility in Lebanon, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All work for the complete construction of the project shall be performed under the form of contract set forth in the Bidding Documents. Bid Security shall be in the amount of not less than 5% of the total base bid price. Should a successful Bidder withdraw their Bid, fail to provide the required payment and performance bonds, or execute the contract, the Owner may then declare the Bid Security forfeited as liquidated damages.
