Work will primarily include installation storm drain systems, curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, bike lanes, striping, and traffic control devices in the community of Olivehurst, California, encompassing the streets of: full lengths of 2nd Ave, 3rd Ave., 4th Ave., 5th Ave., 8th Ave., Canal St, Beaver Ln., Tulsa Ave. The project also includes the following segments: 6th Ave. from West End to Olivehurst Ave., 9th Ave. from Western Ave. to Olivehurst Ave., 10th Ave from Western Ave to Olivehurst Ave., 11th Ave. from Western Ave. to Olivehurst Ave., and Western Ave. from 2nd Ave. to 11th Ave. Associated road rehabilitation and improvements associated with drainage will also be accounted for in the proposal. Contract Duration- Five (5) years Project Description The County of Yuba is accepting proposals for Engineering and Construction Support Services for the Olivehurst Roadway Climate Resiliency Project. The project is State and locally funded. This is a cost-plus-fixed-fee and project specific contract. There is no DBE goal. Construction is expected for 2025 and is anticipated to be 3 years long. Design of plans, specifications, and estimate should plan for the project to be phased appropriately. The phasing of plans, specifications, and estimates should consider up to four (4) construction contracts.
