The City of Redwood City, California ("City") is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed elevator maintenance service companies ("Contractor," "Bidder") to provide elevator maintenance services for all elevators and lifts owned by the City of Redwood City. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bid packages are received by the bid submission deadline. Faxed, emailed or late bids will not be accepted. The term shall be for a one-year period from the effective date of the contract. The contract may be renewed for up to two (2) consecutive, two (2) year increments after the initial contract period, at the discretion and approval of the City. The City shall notify the Contractor in writing of the intent to extend the contract.
