The City of Redwood City, California ("City") is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed elevator maintenance service companies ("Contractor," "Bidder") to provide elevator maintenance services for all elevators and lifts owned by the City of Redwood City. Deadline for questions / clarifications Friday, November 20, 2023 by 5:00 P.M PST Inquiries relating to this NIB and/or the required services should be directed to: Cindy Avila Management Analyst 1400 Broadway Redwood City, CA 94063 Phone: 650-780-5742 Email: cavila@redwoodcity.org Bidder shall hand deliver or mail one (1) copy of its bid in sealed envelope(s) to: Office of the City Clerk City Hall 1017 Middlefield Road Redwood City, CA 94063 Sealed bids must bear the Bidder's name and address, and be clearly marked "SEALED BID FOR ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES". Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bid packages are received by the bid submission deadline. Faxed, emailed or late bids will not be accepted. The term shall be for a one-year period from the effective date of the contract. The contract may be renewed for up to two (2) consecutive, two (2) year increments after the initial contract period, at the discretion and approval of the City. The City shall notify the Contractor in writing of the intent to extend the contract.
