Project Description: Project consists phased construction of building and site demolition, construction of a new running track and fieldhouse building, site improvements to include grading, asphalt parking lot, and sidewalks, installation of brick veneer on existing retaining walls, and low voltage communication upgrades throughout the existing stadium facility .
