The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to provide and install a drainage pipe system in existing concrete parking lot, repair curb on North and West side of building, and replace concrete drive at the Fort Smith Regional Airport (FSM) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) in Fort Smith, AR. The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated performance time is 45 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated value of this construction project is $75,000.00 to $105,000.00. This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Disadvantaged Businesses.
