Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Farmington, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Farmington is requesting qualifications-based proposals (RFQPs) from an engineering firm or firms that can adequately provide services to design East Main Street sidewalk from Hill St to Butler Ave. Must comply with ADA improvements per the 2019 NMDOT T/LPA Handbook, PROWAG, and other standard engineering practices. The project will be to provide survey, design, specification, all required certification, public meetings, environmental documents, ROW acquisition, and other related work per NMDOT handbook and specifications. As of April 16, 2024, a design team has been identified and notice to proceed was January 24, 2024.
