The objective of this approach is to improve maintenance and management practices while combating the obsolescence of its assets. To achieve these goals, the hospital is looking for a reliable partner for a long-term business relationship. This partner will act as both a maintenance manager and an advisor to improve the performance of the assets and the asset management system. The Verdun hospital is currently building a new wing which will be gradually integrated into the hospital between 2024 and 2026. This construction includes a thermal power plant, similar in scale to the current one, which will meet the needs of the wing. The assets of the new wing will be gradually integrated into the contract, during the transfer of the manufacturer to the CIUSSS, including support for the acceptance of each phase of the project.
