This project is included in the City of Las Vegas Capital Improvement Plan fiscal years 2024-2028. As of November 6, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. A detailed scope has not yet been released. LVF&R is requesting Station #103 to be completely rebuilt and operation by June 2025. The scope of work would include temporary relocation of existing personnel, demolition of the existing building and new construction. The new station is a proposed 10,800 Square foot (SF) two story, three bay. This would be accomplished in two phases, a design phase and relocation/construction phase. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
