The work will be carried out at one or other of the following BAnQ buildings: the Grande Bibliotheque located at 475, boulevard De Maisonneuve Est, the Bibliotheque nationale located at 2275, rue Holt and the Bibliotheque Saint-Sulpice located at 1700, rue St-Denis. All of these buildings are located in Montreal. The work covered by this mandate concerns, among other things: * maintenance and repair of plumbing systems in buildings, including piping and all accessories used for drainage or dripping, for the rear-ventilation of siphons, for the supply of hot water or cold or for gas supply and other plumbing installations as requested by the BAnQ representative; * the replacement of defective plumbing devices, such as toilets, sinks, pumps, etc.; * installation, addition and modification to water and wastewater distribution piping. etc.; * the addition and modification of any other plumbing equipment including sanitary and rain pumps; * repair and replacement of devices including pipes, hatches and valves on steam supply and hot water heating systems. The service contract must also include an hourly rate for emergency repair services which will cover the time slot of 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The successful contractor will be responsible for carrying out emergency repairs in accordance with the requirements. of BAnQ as specified in point 14 of the estimate.
