The project consists of the New Synthetic Turf Fields and Tracks, New Basin and Existing Basin Repair at Cedar Creek High School for the Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District, Board of Education, Atlantic County, New Jersey The work consists of but is not limited to the following: 1. The project includes three separate areas of work: a. The construction of a new synthetic turf multi-purpose sports field located with the existing running track, including subsurface stormwater collection system that will tie into a new underground detention/recharge stormwater management system. b. The existing rubberized running track is to be resurfaced with a new rubberized surface. c. A new stormwater management basin is to be constructed between the tennis courts and paved driveway to handle runoff created from the paved storage area. Also, the existing campus stormwater management basin, located just north of the soccer field and adjacent to Kant Street, is to be remediated to include a 12-inch removal of the existing sand material located across the entire floor of the basin as well as an additional three-feet of material removal at the north corner of the basin. The removed material is to be replaced with K-4 and K-5 sand material, as indicated on the plans. 2. All other indicated work.
