The scope of work includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices. It is placed with the Contractor for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. Work is awarded by issuance of a purchase order against the JOC. Under the JOC concept, the Contractor furnishes all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform thework. The JOC awarded under this solicitation will have no minimum value and a maximum value of $1,000,000, with the ability to expand up to $3,000,000. The term of the contract will be for 12 months or the point at which the maximum value of the contract is reached, whichever occurs first or before Friday, October 20th, 2023, so they may be sent an invitation to participate. Attendees of the conference will be confirmed verbally during the pre-bid conference, Financial Prequalification due: Tuesday, November 7th, 2023 by 5:00 pm, PST. o All financial pre qualifications must be submitted following the CSU Prequalification Process found. A Technical Prequalification Package shall be submitted electronically by uploading all required documentation to website.
