Plans and specifications are for viewing purposes only and in order to be considered an official bidder contractors must obtain plans and specifications from Goodwyn Mills & Cawood LLC. PROJECT: Noccalula Falls Campground, Bid Request No. 3531, located in the City of Gads-den, Alabama. The bidder shall file with his bid either a cashier's check drawn on an Alabama bank, payable to the City of Gadsden, Alabama, or a bid bond executed by a surety company duly authorized and qualified to make such bonds in Alabama, in an amount equal to the lesser of five percent (5%) of the bid or ten thousand ($10,000). The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for the satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond or Bond in the amount required by Section 39-1-1(a), Code of Alabama 1975, and evidence of insurance as required by the bid documents within ten (10) days after being notified that he has been awarded the contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. Bidder must have a BCU4 license with either a major HS or MU classification, or a portion of the project applicable specialties under either or both HS or MU classifications at a minimum to be considered for award.
