As of December 12, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The Board will award the Project to the lowest and best bidder; however, the Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid received and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The project includes site improvements for parking pavements, pedestrian sidewalks, site lighting, and landscape. Mass site excavations, storm structures, parking subbase, and partial landscaping have been completed under a previous contract and are outlined in the Construction Drawings. 2. New construction for the MidPointe Library ñ Liberty Branch (21500 SF) single story, slab on grade, steel framed structure supporting single slope high roof, enclosed with glass curtain walls and brick veneer & stud walls as outlined in the Construction Documents. Interior partitions, fixtures, and finishes are part of this contract. 3. Furniture and Equipment are not part of this contract, unless noted otherwise in the contract documents
