Site work and renovation of a civil project in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project Includes: Remove and Replace Hoist and Trolley on Existing Steel 3-ton Jib Crane and Provide New Controls. Install Concrete Block Anchoring Point for the Crane Boom. Provide and Install Radar Unit Level Measuring Device to Allow Feedback for Variable Speed Operation of the Station s Two Existing Vfds. Replace Float System With New Backup Float System. Reconfigure Controls as Required for New Level Measuring Equipment. Replace Grinder Cutter Head. Remove and Replace Approximately Fifteen Feet of. 8 Dip Pipe, Fittings, and Flow Meter With 14 Dip Piping and Flow Meter. Provide Sewage Pump and Haul Bypass Operations for Pipe Replacement Work. Provide and Install a Split Unit Ac System to Cool the Control Building. Any Other Identified Work Approved by the Owner. Bid Security Must Accompany Each Bid and Shall Be in the Amount of 10% of the Bid, but Not to Exceed $20,000, and May Be Given at the Option of the Bidder by Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond. All other bid securities will be returned with three days after awarding and signing of the contract and approval of the Contractor s Performance Bond, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays excepted. The Monroe Township Utility Department Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, as Well as the Right to Waive All Informalities in Awarding a Contract.
