Site Directions: Project area is located at the City of Mills Water Treatment Plant. The plant address is 215 Northwestern Ave. In general, this project includes demolition and removal of in-ground salt storage tanks; the installation of a ground water tank foundation and 200,000 gallon welded epoxy coated water tank; underground process connection piping ranging from 6 to 24 diameter pipe, fittings and valves; disinfection of water tank and water line; fencing and other site improvements; and other items incidental to the work. Bids must be in one sealed envelope with statement thereon 200,000 Gallon Finishing Tank and submitted to the City of Mills, Wyoming, at or before the above stated time. Bids will be opened publicly and will be read aloud at the above stated time and place. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty days after the date set for opening thereof. The City of Mills reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; provided, however, that any bid received after the time specified or without accompany Bid Guaranty, as stated below, will not be considered. A Bid Guaranty in the form of a properly executed Bid payable to the City of Mills in the amount of not less than 5% of the total base bid amount must accompany each bid.
