Any proposal lacking the Pre-Qualification Statement will not be considered. No Proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the opening of the bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Owner's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project A Maintenance Bond will be required in the amount of 10% of the contract price and is to remain in force for a period of two years from the date of the letter of final acceptance from the Moore's Crossing Municipal Utility District.
