Reference Number 0000259010 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of board-up and/or securing buildings for various City Departments, including but not limited to, Winnipeg Police Services (WPS), Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Services (WFPS) and Community By-law Enforcement Service (CBES), from the date of award until December 31, 2024, with the option of five (5) mutually agreed upon one (1) year extensions. The City may negotiate the extension option with the Contractor within ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the expiry date of the Contract. The City shall incur no liability to the Contractor as a result of such negotiations. Changes resulting from such negotiations shall become effective on January 1st of the respective year. Changes to the Contract shall not be implemented by the Contractor without written approval by the Contract Administrator and/or Department Representative. Bidders are advised that, in future, the City may be participating in collaborative procurement initiatives with other levels of government. Accordingly, extensions to this Contract may not be exercised. Term: 2024/01/01 12:00:00 AM CST - 2024/12/31 12:00:00 AM CST Option: option of five (5) mutually agreed upon one (1) year extensions.
