Site work and paving for a civil project in Hahira, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
for the resurfacing of E. Park Street and Blakley Street The work consists of the furnishing of all material, equipment and labor necessary for asphaltic leveling course (356 tons) asphaltic surface course (538 tons), shoulder clipping, pavement markings, adjusting manhole ring & cover (10 each), Adjust Water valve top (5 each), traffic control and other related work. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receiving the bids. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount of not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond equal to one hundred (100) percent of the contract price will be required. The successful bidder shall commence work with an adequate force and equipment on a date specified in a written order of the City Manager and complete the work within the time specified under the Special Conditions section of these specifications.
