Applications are requested for the care-taking of the Hilltop Jr/Sr High in the Town of Whitecourt, Alberta. The contract will commence December 4, 2023. The contractor will: o provide his/her own equipment and cleaning supplies (paper products, garbage bags, ice melt and hand soap are supplied); o be responsible for general custodial services, minor repairs and minor grounds maintenance, including sidewalk snow removal in minor areas; o provide liability/bond/key insurance; o provide WCB coverage, and o provide your Health and Safety Plan o provide records of staff training o provide current criminal record check within three (3) months for the contract holder and all employees, prior to the starting date of the Contract. Hilltop Jr/Sr High is a 9-12 school with a total of 7698.8 sq meters. The contract price will be pro-rated until June 30, 2024.
