The Contract scope of work includes Low Voltage Cabling, Security Cameras, Mounts, Installation and Software Programing. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount shall be submitted with each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to award contract to other than the low bidder should it be deemed in their best interest.
