Remove all layers of existing flat roofing, underlayments and insulations to expose concrete decking for Architect's review. Repair and prepare decking as required and instructed by the Architect. Install new tapered insulation, protection boards, SBS MBR roofing system and aluminum flashing. Install new roof drains and scuppers/collector boxes and aluminum flashings. Replace all coping covers, curbing for vents and replace all roof pipe penetrations. Roof square footage is approximately 33,000 square feet. These summary statements are only a synopsis.
