This Project will proceed under (1) LUMP SUM Contract(s) as follows: General Construction PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work includes, but is not limited to, exterior rehabilitation and repair to the exterior masonry envelope materials at the West Elevation and all parapets, including brick and limestone; abatement of identified asbestos- and lead-containing materials; limited roofing replacement; and associated incidental MEP work. Alternates include additional brick and cast stone/precast concrete masonry repairs, bronze and steel window repairs, additional abatement of identified asbestos- and lead-containing materials, associated incidental MEP work, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
