The Red Deer School Division (henceforth referred to as "Client") has retained Energy Associates Inc. as management consultant to assist in the evaluation of RFP responses and the energy retail provider (hereby referred to as "Bidder") selection process. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the purchase of firm, non-curtailable supply of Electricity to be delivered to facilities located in City of Red Deer Electric service territories. As a secondary goal, The Client wishes to obtain firm and competitively priced electricity supply from a Bidder who is in good financial standing. The current total annual normalized electricity energy usage by the Client is approximately 10,500 MWh/ year currently for 29 sites with no plans to expand or contract prior to December 31, 2028.
