ADA Ramp Improvement to the Municipal Police and Fire Buildings Bids are to be enclosed in a sealed envelope and distinctly show the name of the bidder and marked ADA Ramp Improvement to the Municipal Police and Fire Buildings. One (1) Original &Four (4) Copies Required. The Proposal Form shall be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the form of Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000, payable unconditionally to the owner. Check or Surety Company Bid Bond shall be made payable to the Township of Irvington, NJ. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Surety Performance Bond on a statutory form in the full amount of the contract or purchase order. The Proposal Form shall also be accompanied by a properly executed non-collusion affidavit. Municipal Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids due to any defects or for not adhering to the Specification or for any reason or to waive informalities and accept any bid that in its judgment will be the best interest of the Township.
