Total construction cost is expected to be $12 - $13 million. The project consists of the construction of the approximately 3.8-miles of owner supplied 24-inch diameter ductile iron pipeline and appurtenances. The work also includes clear and grubbing, excavation and rock excavation, hauling, disposal, compaction, finish grading, surface restoration, and all other work associated with construction of the pipeline.
