The work under FPID 448451-1-52-01 includes construction of a 6ft concrete sidewalk on the south side of the road, construction of a 40ft wooden observation pier at Tanyard Branch, adding signing and pavement markings for new crosswalks at driveways and side streets, adding wrong way driving signs and pavement markings on SR 10, and adding pedestrian features to the existing signalized intersection at SR 10 and Ralph Strong Rd.
