Big Water Municipal reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or parts thereof. Proposers may present written questions concerning this RFP to the contact person listed below by Monday November 13 at 12:00pm. Should it be necessary to amend this RFP, the amendment will be provide to all prospective proposers above by Thursday November 9, 2023 at 3:00pm. The scope of services we need, but not limited to, are feasibility studies, design work, construction oversight, development standards manual, water master plan, GIS services, etc. The engineering disciplines that may be required are civil, electrical, mechanical and geological. The Town of Big Water's aim with the acquisition of an engineer is to have a Town Engineer that is extremely knowledgeable about the projects and services that we are in need of. What we expect from an engineering firm or independent engineer are, but not limited to, the following: engineering reports, proposals, design drawings, design documents, completed product (building, etc.), technical interpretation, site investigation report, design review, tender document, manufacturing process improvement, product quality enhancement, new equipment or tools, service report, strategic report, progress report, improved process efficiency, better customer service, faster response time, marketing study, useability report, new knowledge or experience, improved filing and organization systems or improved response procedures.
