100 Ton Air Cooled Chiller for The Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office DC2 Contract will be awarded to the lowest, most qualified bidder who bids according to specifications with the right reserved by the Sheriff's Office to reject any and all bids. Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Louisiana, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the State. Bids must be filed prior to the above hour and date with the undersigned at the office of the Purchasing Agent. Full information, together with specifications, may be obtained, by prospective bidders.
