Site work for a water / sewer project in Manhattan, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This specification covers all work necessary to furnish and install the pipe liner. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary for traffic control, bypass pumping and/or diversion of flows, cleaning and television inspection of sewers to be rehabilitated, liner installation, reconnection of service connections, all quality controls, provide samples for performance of required material tests, final television inspection, testing of the rehabilitated pipe system, warranty work and other work, all as specified herein. The project will include but is not limited to the following major categories of work: Perform Cured-In-Place-Pipe or Fold and Form Pipe Sewer Lining in the following quantities: 6" Sanitary Sewer 454 LF 8" Sanitary Sewer 12,708 LF 10" Sanitary Sewer 3,279 LF 12" Sanitary Sewer 1,215 LF Total 17,656 LF Questions concerning this bid can be directed to Norm Francis, Utility Superintendent, at 785-587-4583 or by email at francisn@cityofmhk.com.
