Renovation of a municipal facility in Orangeville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Orangeville is seeking Bids from experienced contractors for the modernization of one (1) hydraulic elevator located at 87 Broadway, in Orangeville, Ontario. The Contractor will also supply an interim maintenance, a maintenance warranty, and a five (5) year maintenance service plan. The Contractor shall provide the hydraulic elevator modernization at 87 Broadway, Orangeville, Ontario, in accordance with the Scope of Work and specification documents 14000, 14100 and 14900. The contract is based on CCDC 2 (2020), and is expected to be established on or around January 2024, and attain the Ready-for-Takeover Date of August 31, 2024.
