TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in March 2024. Working drawings are anticipated in early summer 2024. Tender for the general contractor is preliminary slated for July/August of the same year.
