Project: Remediation of Former Above-Ground Storage Tank Site, Pickerington, Ohio Owner: Fairfield County Land Reutilization Corporation This project is conducted using a grant from the Ohio Department of Development Brownfield Remediation Program, and is planned to result in preparation of a No Further Action (NFA) Letter under the Ohio Voluntary Action Program. The Project Manual, including plans, specifications and contract documents are available for inspection by prospective bidders at the Engineer's office, and may be obtained from curt@spenceenv.com. Prospective bidders may address written inquiries to the Engineer; written responses to inquiries by the Engineer will be provided to all bidders. The Contractor and all of his subcontractors shall be required to pay a rate or rates of wages which shall not be less than those currently determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services for Pickerington, Ohio, and shall further comply with Chapter 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code. All Contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and the Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. The right is reserved by the Fairfield County Land Reutilization Corporation to reject any or all bids.
