County is accepting bids from single prime roofing contractors for (2) roof replacements at the following Onslow County Building locations: Justice Complex located at 717 Court Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540 Summersill Courthouse located 109 Old Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. The County will receive bids and will notify bidders after the award. ALL BIDDERS are hereby notified that they must have the proper license as required under the North Carolina laws. Contracts for work under this bid will be governed by all applicable laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the project. The County encourages participation by small, minority, disabled, and woman-owned businesses. The County of Onslow reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Oral, facsimile, email, or other electronic bids will not be considered. The Bidder shall carefully study the bidding documents and shall examine the site and local conditions. Any errors, inconsistencies or ambiguities discovered shall be reported. All questions or concerns related to the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Onslow County Purchasing Division Head, Christina Russell, 234 NW Corridor Blvd., Jacksonville, NC 28540. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received no later than 12:00 noon, November 17, 2023.
