The project consists of the following; Provide security updates including camera, card access reader and door contacts, Provide secure front vestibule, Replace Exterior Waterproofing Sealant Joints, Replace Fire Alarm System, Provide Exterior Lighting Controls, Replace Exterior Lights w/ LED Lighting, Extend fire lane access drive, Renovate and expand existing Cafeteria, Renovate and expand Kitchen, Mechanical/HVAC improvements including new rooftop units, replacing pumps, steam boiler, condensate pump & piping, and providing controls, and Plumbing improvements include washer/dryer connections, new waste piping and hot water heater.
