This project is being undertaken as lighting improvement and energy reduction initiatives. The achievement of the planned energy savings is a key element of the projects. This project involves the removal of existing lighting fixtures, the installation of new lighting fixtures, retrofitting existing fluorescent T8 fixtures with ballasts and T8 LED lamps and the addition of wireless dimming and occupancy sensing to new LED luminaires installed in offices and lounges.
