The City of Houston's Housing and Community Development, Home Repair Program is soliciting qualified contractors to provide bids for complete labor and material cost to design and install a new sanitary sewer line to service a proposed new single-family residence to be located on a 6,950 sq. ft. lot in the Northwest Greater Houston Area located at 2313 Stevens Street, Houston, Texas 77026. o All Contractor bids shall include the cost for complete civil engineering (plan and profile) design and fees. o All Contractor bids shall also include all permitting and plan review fees. o All Contractor bids shall include labor, and material to include all site demo, site prep, camera/ investigative work, with all street repairs and traffic control per the City of Houston and Letter of Availability. o All Contractor bids shall include labor, and material to tie into the existing manhole on Campbell Street. o All Contractor bids shall include labor, and material to bore approximately 150'-170' with piping that is compliant with the most current and effective City of Houston Uniform Plumbing Code. o All Contractor bids shall include labor, and material to include the installation of the new manhole on Stevens Street. o All Contractor bids shall include labor, and material to include the installation of 6" taps to property line only to service lots 2313 Stevens Street, 2307 Stevens Street, 2301 Stevens Street and 2600 Stevens Street, lots A, B, and C. o All Contractor shall be structured to provide a complete "Turnkey" project without the risk of Change Orders. o All bids shall include all site cleanup, sod replacement and haul-off at all affected lots because of construction.
