The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials and supplies necessary to perform the following work as described at the District Annex Office parking lot, located at 1020 Dutch Fork Rd. Irmo, SC 29063. The Contractor Shall 1. Remove and dispose of existing double service gates. 2. Install an aluminum cantilever gate that is approximately twenty-eight-foot-wide (28') and six-foot-tall (6'). The gate shall: a. be motorized and operable with both a keypad and badge access. i. The District will provide the electrical service required to operate the gate. ii. The District will provide the device for the badge pass access. b. have an opening mechanism that must be programmable to allow the gate to automatically open and close at specified times. c. be vandal proof and constructed in such a manner that a layman is unable to disassemble the gate from the opener to gain entry access.
