Renovation of a municipal facility in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The County of Lycoming is requesting sealed bids for ADA renovations to multiple existing polling sites, Lycoming County, PA for ADA compliance, in strict accordance with the Drawings and Specifications as prepared by Anthony H. Visco, Jr., Architects, and described as: General Construction which includes but is not limited to Minor Demolition; Concrete work; Handrails; Carpentry; Batt insulation; Standard steel door and door frames; Door hardware; Glass and glazing; Paint; Minor electrical work; Site clearing; Rough grading; Excavation and backfill; Landscape grading and seeding; Paving and patching, line painting, parking bumpers, and accessible parking signage. The Owner reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any or all bids that are not in the best interest of the Owner and to waive any irregularities in the bids, as it deems in its best interest. Any bidder taking exception to any of the bid lines/items must justify said exception via written narrative and filed with the Architect for review and consideration jointly with the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of Sixty (60) days from the date bids are opened.
