A Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER and on the Treasury Department's most current list, will be required for the faithful performance of the Contract. All bids shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours prior to the Bid Opening will be returned. A conditional or qualified BID will not be accepted. The time for completion is 60 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be $300.00 per calendar day.
